🏆 Elevate Your Play with the U-1 Element!
The Wolf Athletics U-1 Element Lacrosse Shaft is an ultra-lightweight, durable carbon fiber shaft designed for experienced players. It features controlled flex with a kickpoint for consistent performance, increased shot speeds, and a sandpaper grip for superior control. Unlike metal shafts, it won't dent or bend, making it a reliable choice for college and high school athletes.

Appears to have a manufacturing flaw
This shaft broke about an inch below the head during normal play. The contact was minor. We talked with another player who had the same shaft which also broke in the same spot. The other player went on to explain that is the 2nd time the same model shaft broke in the same spot. This seems like a structural defect and not the result of normal activity.

This is a very strong lacrosse shaft. Its very lightweight and durable. My son was strictly a dragonfly guy, but now he absolutely loves his Wolf!

Warranty
These do not hold up and the experience dealing with the company for a warranty is not a good one. First sales people at events will lead you to believe there is a lifetime warranty, there is not. pole broke under the head in the first season of use. Had it less than 6 months, my fault as I didn’t submit the claim as soon as it broke, took me 30 days to get a response from my claim which was we can’t find your order… I sent a copy of the receipt only response I received was warranty on this product is nine months- we will give you 15 percent off a new purchase. It was maybe a week or so past the 9 months from purchase date ( not received date). Half a season and done.

Engineering Defect - Wolf won't warranty
Bought two Element U1 30" shafts, one for each of my sons, both play travel and high school. One snapped about an inch below the head after about a year of use. Wolf warranties for 9 months so wouldn't replace them. Now waiting for the other to snap. It is definitely an engineering defect, based on our experience and reading a review here. They did not break through normal wear and tear. Sons have played lacrosse since 6 years old, they've never broken a shaft and they play hard. These shafts do not stand up and you're throwing your money away if you buy one. We took a chance on a relative newcomer with Wolf (supporting the little guy type of thing) and got burnt. Don't make the same mistake. Too many other manufacturers out there with great shafts to waste your money here.

These are not a lifetime warranty.
We bought ours at a Lacrosse tournament believing that they come with a lifetime warranty. It lasted most of my son's Freshman season. Broke during practice with pretty light contact.
