I like the product. It really helps me with the posture alignment.

I did order per the sizing chart and was right there almost in between sizes. I went with the smaller size because I've been losing weight, and the waist belt area was still too small. I barely got it to come together. So definitely size up if your on the line and in between sizes. It did give my back some major relief and correct my posture while I tried to handle the too small effect. I think if I had gotten the size up, adjusting it would have been super simple. It seemed to be well made and easy to use. I will be reordering to get the right size for me. Definitely recommend!

It looks a bit awkward, but it does wrap my body very firmly. I can still slouch a little bit but only if I slouch on purpose. The pole down the spine is long but I’m a short person (4’9) so it’s nothing new to me. I like the product but it would be hard to wear it under clothing without it being noticeable

Warning: Your partner may become sexually aggressive the first time they see you wearing this.Basically this is something you use a few minutes at a time to help train yourself back into good posture.For me, I'm a bit rounder than I'd like to be, the cummerbund is tighter than I'd like.It is probably most effective if you are sitting up or standing with it. You could go for a walk with it, but it is not conducive to deep breathing while you are using it.I'm glad I have it, and would probably recommend it to a friend if they were complaining about their own posture.

I have another posture corrector and it only includes the section that goes around the arms and shoulders and has no part around the midsection. This one is a bit gentler in that it allows customizations to making wearing the device more comfortable. I sit at my desk all day and I start hunching my back. This helps to provide extra support and encourages me to keep proper posture. The velcro mid-section parts allow for tightening and loosening. Hope to wear this more often to provide support and hold better posture, which will be good for my back in the long run.
