Easy to use
Battery was easy to charge and worked straight away. Now I have two batteries so no need for lost signal.

Battery problem
I purchased this as a spare battery for my Eufy E340 Door Bell, to enable me to keep a spare charged for a quick swap over.I purchased it a few months ago, and when I installed it today, the video doorbell doesn't work, and a message on the Eufy App states the camera is overheating, so has been shut down.I installed the original Eufy battery, thinking this may have burnt the unit out, but it worked fine I removed the Eufy battery and installed this one, and again it wouldn't work stating the camera was overheating. Reinstalled the original Eufy battery and it works fine.Checked the battery voltage on the genuine Eufy battery and it states 3.6 volt, this replacement battery states 3.7 volt, so maybe that's the difference.Oh well, don't try and save money, buy the genuine battery if you want a spare.

Don't buy it for Euffy E340. It cannot work with it!!!!!! BECAREFUL!
This product is unsatisfactory and does not work with the Eufy E340! I attempted to replace the original battery of the Eufy E340 Dual Cameras, but it failed to connect to the system for real-time viewing. I've provided feedback to Eufy but have not received a response yet. After replacing the original battery and recharging it, the camera was able to connect to the system again.

Backup for the doorbell
The item I purchased was value for money and the quality of the item is very good. The main reason I bought this item was so we would have power to the bell all the timeNot very happy could not do invites on the app

Poor battery life
Bought as a spare, so that I could just swap batteries out when needed to eliminate time without the doorbell. What a mistake, battery life barely last the length of time it takes to charge the original branded battery. Wish I'd realised sooner, as to late to return now. Lesson learned, buy original buy once.. new branded one ordered, for less than this one costAvoid or be disappointed.

Not good
Unfortunatly for some reason the door bell can see the battery but not all functions work with this battery installed no streaming live unable to answer door bell on phone.Also the original Eufy battery that will work, is cheaper
