Decent blend. I enjoy the niacin flush that it has but others may find it a bit much.

Medium-sized capsules that both smell and taste like raw tea leaves. I guess that makes sense, for the ingredients. Not something I enjoy but okay for a supplement. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes since I started taking them, but no side-effects either. I can't necessarily vouch for the health benefits of all the ingredients, but it seems like a decent healthy blend in general. The product page claims it's 'made and tested in the USA' but the bottle doesn't have any details- only saying that it's 'lab tested' with no further information. Overall it seems fine but I would like to see more information.

I purchased this product to assist in reducing my cholesterol. I'm still on my first bottle and won't have results for another 4 months. Do I'll have to further review after those results are in. My doctor has in the past asked me to take several of the supplements separately that are contained in this supplement except the Bergamot withoutresults. So we'll see...more to come.

That usually doesn’t sit well with my spirit, and this time is no exception. I don’t like dwelling into the unknown when it come to my health.

I have had a positive experience taking all the ingredients separately, so having them all in one capsule is both convenient and economical. I experienced no digestive distress, which I might have if I took all 15 ingredients individually at one time. Combing so many ingredients in one capsule, with so many servings per bottle, makes this a great buy. Only time and labs will tell if I received all the reported benefits. But, I can say, I am experiencing less pain and moving more easily. I am in a better mood with a higher stress tolerance level. And, I can finally sleep through the night without waking up every few hours. My blood sugar levels have improved. And, I’ve also been pleasantly surprised to see I’ve lost some belly fat. I was suffering from constipation, but everything is moving better since taking this. Consequently, this ticks off all the boxes and is a winner supplement.
