Update: I ordered another chair and it was shipped and delivered on time. It’s a great chair for my business.Only leaving 5 stars because over all it is a nice chair. I ordered 2 chairs and one of them had a broken piece and it was a bit of a hassle to get it replaced but they did send out a replacement when I sent them a picture of what was broken.

The spa bed was extremely hard to set up not user-friendly. The pictures/diagram had no words just weird random pictures so you had to guess where things went. After setting the bed up, it is extremely wobbly all my clients feel like they’re on a boat. Not safe for clients that are a little heavyset. This chair is an extreme liability for anyone that is running a business.

Chair was what I expected. The assembly instructions need drastically improved, though.

Easy to assemble, shipped in two boxes, fair price for what you get! We have three of them at our business because it is hard to find this style of chair at this low of a price.

The instructions are just pictures. No words at all! Due to sending the wrong parts, assembly was impossible. Don't waste your money on this chair.
