Q: Does this come as 1 or 2 "tracks"? Item states "tracks" and pictured as 2

I'm almost certain that this item arrived as one 8' track in a long, rigid cardboard tube.

Q: No mounting instructions should it be mounted ? With adhisve or pins ?

I wish I could tell you, but I was unable to use it at all.

Q: My existing rail is 0.75 inches tall and the slot is approximately 0.35 inches wide. Would this work?

I think it will work. Look at your rail and the shape of track cover. Keep in mind you will have to adjust the height of your rollers to accommodate added height of the cover. Ours was a bit stiff to roll at first but after a little use it is now smooth.
