Easy to assemble with help. Comfortable and Sturdy. Replacement for another uncomfortable chair I had.

The massage feature is sorely lacking in power. I felt the tiniest vibration on the back but not much else. On the positive side, the chair is quite sturdy, even for someone who's close to the weight limit! Also the heating on my unit was pretty decent too, good for those in colder environments.

I bought this chair for my studying first but now I’m using it for me gaming as well!It’s very easy to assemble, maybe it took me around 30 min max and the instruction tell you what to do step by step. The roller are very smooth and you don’t think to rotate them. The back has a massage build into it and it will help you if you need to sit for couple of hours straight to study or playing games. My favorite part is the cushion that comes up and you can put your leg on it and it get locked in!

Rocks and squeaks more than I wanted.

Very comfortable chair, it looks nice and feels sturdy. The back warmer works great but the massager is more like a vibrator on my back rather than a massager and doesn’t give a lot of options for “massaging” positions. For the price I definitely can’t complain

However, the power wire supplying the electricity needs to be made longer and thicker quality . I had to buy an extension cord beside if you are not careful and turn around quickly you risk the power supply cord from being torn out especially if you get it tied around the handle . Also you have to be careful not to roll the wheels over the wire you can risk breaking the very thin power wire and you will be hard pressed for a replacement I brought an extra extension cord and it solved my problem . The chair gives a great massage after a long day especially with the heat feature . Great chair for the price just watch that peer cord from getting tangled .
