The Best 80's Album In The World ... Ever!

This Album has it all. It's not the usual 80's hits collection, of which there are many packed together on 5 c.d's. This has got just two c.d's each containing 20 songs of quality. It doesn't just focus on the number 1's and does have some of the usual included like, Aha's take on me and Belinda Carlisle's heavn is a place on earth. This has also got some great classics such as Fergal Sharkey's a good heart, Roy Orbison's You got it, T'pau's China in your hand and Simple mind's don't you forget about me. Listening to it, I didn't skip a single tack and have to sing along to all. One for the collection.

So, the story behind this purchase is that, well, I grew up in the 80s and certainly love the music. I have a work colleague who is a bit younger than I am and keeps telling me the 80s were too cheesy, little did he know just exactly how many good songs came out of that era. SO, I bought this album and forced him to listen to the songs whilst driving to an out of town meeting. Mission accomplished, he confessed that he liked almost every song and I got to live my teen years again for an hour or so. Good mix of songs. Dancing in my seat a bit on the drive. Good stuff.

Great cd good condition

It jumps on several songs on the first disc not had time to listen to second disc ..very disappointed.

Previously purchased new double CD at turn of century and enjoyed the diverse selection of tracks.Recently purchased second-hand copy to replace lost CD and was pleasantly surprised by quality of used copy purchased. A good buy and good value for money.
