Q: how to make camera horizontal

There are a total of three circular hook holes on the camera. Our accessories provide white Circle. Put the white Circle into the holes, and then put the coils in, and the phase can be placed in a horizontal state. There is only a circular hook in one direction, where you can increase the weight and make the camera better sink into the water. Thank you.

Q: What is the depth rating of the camera?

I don't know the max depth, but I bought the 100 ft cord and I assume 100 for sure. I have had mine at 65 ft and this summer will go deeper. It's a sweet camera, the depth and temp. are real time and has fast returns. I love it.

Q: Mine didnt come with a charger so i need to purchase one. Who do i need to contact about that? It lasted 4 months tho without being charged lol
