This stuff is durable and glows brightly in the dark after being exposed to light. It is quite sticky and a bit hard to cut/weed, but stayed in place like a dream.

Neutral color in regular light is the "typical" pale yellow/green that is common with glow-in-the-dark items. It glows neon green in faded light or in the dark. The vinyl itself is very robust/heavy duty. On my Cricut I had to increase the pressure to "cardstock" to get a clean cut, but it worked beautifully.

I normally don't write reviews; however, this is by far the worst experience with vinyl I have ever had. Vinyl came rolled when I unrolled the vinyl it had a lot of creases in it. It does not cut all the way through and can't weed it. Since the cutting of the vinyl was horrible and couldn't weed the normal way; I decided that I would try doing reverse weeding. Reverse weeding was harder than expected. I was able to save some of the project but then it didn't stick. Basically a waste of money and a set back on a large project that I am doing.

It does glow in the dark and it’s pretty bright. Beware that it might be a pain to work with for a novice. It does wrinkle when you unroll it. This never bothered me because I was just cutting 3” circles. It cuts over the wrinkles just fine and pence cut, I have no problems smoothing them before I apply transfer tape. I end up cutting it into either 12x12 or 12x24 pieces depending on the cutting mat I’m using. If you have a Cricut machine, you’ll want to cut this using the card stock setting. I know…it’s vinyl, but using any vinyl option will not cut all the way through. Using the card stock setting will cut all the way through the vinyl without cutting through the backing.

Easy to cut.... DO NOT follow the geniuses in the reviews that are saying to cut it on card stock setting. Ask me how I know. Cut clean through the paper into the mat on a cricut maker 3. Just cut it on normal permanent vynle and hit more pressure. Glows great. Pics had 20 sec in direct regular light. Glowed for 10 min... super bright. Great for cars, bikes, and helmets. Worth the money. Comes rolled. Cut your 12 inch and you will habe to squeegee it to get it to lay flat. I heat gunned it and used a felt tipped squeegee and it layed out flat. If you cant figure out how to get bubbles out of a rolled vinyl...... you should get a new hobby. Rtfm and figure it out crafter.Will buy again when I run out.

It is easy to cut, but not easy to weed... none of my pressure settings (on a commercial plotter) would cut it enough to weed well.. wouldn't recommend it unless you know what to do with it... that's just me though...

Trying to create glow in the dark skeleton parts (life size) ... this sample has clear contact peel & stick over top so all the loose pieces would stay in place. This piece had very little time exposed to room light, and I was pretty satisfied with the "glow" factor. Hoping it will glow even more with more time out in the light.Part of the pieces being made need to be adhered to a black nylon fabric, and the hold seems quite good. In order to make the transfer process easier, I am using black Sharpie to create the connections between some pieces, and the black Sharpie hides the glow ... as hoped.I am cutting by hand with an X-acto knife, as it is the easier approach for the size of the pieces I am making. Being familiar with weeding, I believe if cutting on my Cricut, I would need to select a heavier cut setting to cut through the thickness of this vinyl. -- It cuts and weeds very nicely with the X-acto knifeIf I discover otherwise on any of my points, I will update my review.

I ordered on Amazon because I could get it quickly for a custom order. I should have ordered from a company I trusted. This product came rolled so tightly that it wrinkled when I went to unroll it. Now in order to use it I have to peel it off the backing paper and reapply it. The adhesive on the back doesn't feel as strong as other vinyls on the market. It's quite thick, which is to be expected for glow in the dark. It doesn't machine very well. It has a tendency to flutter on detailed cuts. While it weeds easily, the adhesive pulls away from the edges. It doesn't like releasing from other backing paper (the adhesive pulls away from the edges of the piece). I tried out the backing paper provided from the manufacture, and while it released better, it wrinkles just like the vinyl. It's tightly rolled smaller than a dime in diameter. The finished product is not visually appealing if making products to sell, the guide lines are bulky and the product curls and bubbles away from the backing paper. I'm unimpressed and will be returning this vinyl.

This vinyl it easy to cut, easy to weed and has great colour and sticks great

Wrinkled horribly from being rolled. Did not weed well, it all wants to pull up. I feel like I totally should have just thrown my money in the trash. Waste of time and money.

Easy to use, does it’s purpose

3x I tried to make decals & all times it did not weed well. The adhesion would stick to what I was weeding making it hard separate. Adhesion stuck to weeding tool making what I wanted left behind lifting off & shifting. Vinyl is not sticky enough to stick to product, probably because it came off when weeding. It also wrinkled when unrolling leaving me to peel back to take the wrinkle out and then smooth back to cut.I do not recommend this product. Go buy another brand, this one is garbage and that's where the rest of the roll went.
