Super happy with this assistance pull-up band. I am a heavy guy so I was relieved to see just how heavy duty and overbuilt the straps and metal hardware feel. Feel totally confidently when using it that it will hold my weight no problem. The pull up is such an amazing exercise but boy it is it hard/impossible to do when you are out of shape and have gained weight, but this really solves that issue. Love that it goes all the way up to 280 pounds of assistance. It is also so much easier and more stable having two separate straps for your feet then trying to use a cheap single elastic band. Everything fits easily into the storage bag and it is simple to setup.

Real happy with the product. Need to attach 3/4 cables for real challenging work out but nice for everyday home use use it throughout the day passing by for constant mobility. Do not like the floor chest press routine via cables. Not enough resistance. Will not replace a gym free weight work out but will keep you regular the days you. Any go tot he gym. Took as a travel along on a one week trip. Worked out at the hotel. Real nice companion. I recommend it for non-gym replacement but for everyday house use for consistent workouts.

The media could not be loaded. As shown in the video, the quality is top notch and very durable. The pull up assist makes me confident in my workouts as I’ve never been able to do a pull up alone. The carabiners are also durable and makes this quick to assemble at home and in the gym. I’m able to get a great arm-day workout in.

And open the magic box, I did! This is a great pull-up assist kit. I do personal training, so this is a nice option to have for my clients. There are lots of resistance options with the 4 included bands. It is great quality and easy to use. It came with a carrying kit, which is a bonus. Great purchase at a great price.

Good support for help with beginning pull ups

I've had these for a month or so and are holding up well so far. Good price, would recommend.
