Great cookbook!
I have seen Dr. Now on “My 600lb Life” and loved the way he was blunt and honest with the patients. I knew this book would be a great way to start my weight loss journey. I have always struggled with my weight and have tried every diet imaginable but they were just not something you can stick with long term. Eating the same things over and over is just not the way to go. This book gives you recipes and even different ways to fix the same recipe so that you do not get tired of eating the same things over and over. I love the 90 day plan. That will make it easier for me to plan meals and not stress about it. I also love the low budget shopping that is included. Groceries are crazy expensive right now, so this is most definitely a plus for me.

As someone who has struggled with weight her entire life, and a big fan of the TLC show “My 600-pound Life”, I couldn’t resist looking into this book. I think this is a great book! It has a lot of educational material in regard to nutrition and dieting. Dr. Nowzaradan supplies lots of information on how to eat correctly to maximize weight loss and gives strategies for success. The meal plans are very helpful to keep you on track, and they are delicious as well. No one will lie to you and tell you it is easy to lose weight, but with this book, you get the knowledge you need to eat healthier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight, eat healthier, and cook delicious meals.
