Get Fit - Stay Fit

I really enjoyed reading this textbook. It was required for major to take a kinesiology course. I found myself interested in what the textbook had to offer as in information and examples. It was in good condition and I would recommend this product for other users.

The book was missing majority of its pages.

I am very impressed with this book... it has life changing potential & it is a blessing to have it.
