Bought this product because I tend to grind my teeth a lot when I’m sleeping. It was pretty easy to follow and mold. No complaints when wearing it at night. I would have to say, as someone who is not use to mouth guards, it took me a few nights to get used to it. Other than that, I can definitely feel a difference.

This fits great and prevents me from hurting my teeth. You have 2 tries if you can’t mold it the first time. Good instructions and easy to form. Works well. Just rinse well after every use and should last 6-9 month or more before discoloring.
