This camera was easy to use straight out of the box, with set up being very straightforward and simple to install. The battery on it is very long lasting, providing a durable and reliable use. Additionally, the camera quality is clear, providing clear vision. The night vision IR camera is also a nice addition to have on the camera as it provides security during low light/night time use, to capture and monitor any activity during that time.This camera overall provides a very useful and quick connection from any mobile device, allowing for remote access at any time. After using their earlier Video Doorbell, I was quite interested on this version. This version was definitely worth it with amazing price. The improved video quality is noticeably sharper, especially in low light, and the enhanced motion detection is more accurate, cutting down on false alerts. Installation was just as easy. The look and feel also improved.

We bought this after a package was stolen off our porch. It was easy to install and can be charged with a USB cable. The battery seems good. Only used 1% in the day it’s been I stalled.It has a very clear camera for day time use but the night camera is not as good as the R6 model. The light kept switching on, taking it out of night mode, making it hard to see past the porch to see what triggered it. The doorbell works well - nice and loud and ability to adjust volume- and was easy to pairThis product requires a subscription to store events- recordings it records. Cloud storage cannot be shared between devices so if you have more than one, you need a subscription for each. Will run you about $33/year per device.

I absolutely adore this product. It's user-friendly and straightforward to use. It performs excellently both during the day and night. I wish there were indoor cameras that could be integrated with it. Overall, it's a great product at an affordable price.

This camera is crap. I’ve been back and forth with their customer service since I got it. It’s laggy doesn’t show anything in real time and customer service keeps telling me it works fine. I bought a subscription the day I got it that was supposed to be 28 dollars for the year. Now all of a sudden I have no subscription and when I tried to find the subscription I purchased it’s now 99 dollars for the year and no one from customer service returns my messages anymore. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This arrived here very quickly and works perfectly, not to mention, at a great price. Great pictures from the camera. I would recommend this seller to anyone!
