MidNite Solar MNWBJR Whiz Bang JR. Current Sense Module

First unit I received failed within hours. Spent 30 minutes with tech support who concluded it wasn't functioning. Told him battery bank in RV is 12 feet from the KID Solar Charger. Replacement unit did not work. After talking to tech support again he says the unit has to be within 5 feet of the solar charger. Advise against wasting time with this unit if your batteries are more than 5 feet from the solar charger.

Works well as I expected to. Works with the midnight classic so you can tell the state of Charge a bit easier and let you know how many amp hours are left as well as charge percentage.

Easy to install and adds a very nice reading feature to my Midnite classic. Without this it would be very inconvenient to reading my battery status.

I mean, what else is there to say? This was the missing link in being able to set up a digital logging system that covers everything I need to know about my solar power system, so it was totally worth it.

I like not guessing on how charged the batteries are because I am off grid and its something I check regularly through my cell phone.

Works as advertised, I can see SOC and amp-hours now!
