Nice but Fragile
I ordered the set of twelve. These are a nice cup and saucer set. They are very fragile; one cup broke while taking it out of the box, and I had to buy a set of six to replace the broken cup. That said, I do not regret my purchase.

The teacups are beautiful just like the picture and the perfect size to serve tea. Everyone enjoyed the tea in this set.I received one cup that was chipped and notified customer service. They immediately sent a replacement cup with no hassle. I am very happy and satisfied with their customer service and product.
