The filters are individually wrapped inside a larger package. I like being able to open as necessary. The filter fits perfectly on the CPAP machine as advertised.

Nowhere did you ad say these were only one time use.Very disappointed.

I have a resmed cpap machine. I order these because I have dust mite allergies and asthma and am hoping this will help with the breathing air quality in general at night.I have a heated hose with humidity control on to help keep me from drying out at night. I didn't really notice if this interfered with that or not, as I still wake up dry no matter how high I turn my humidity up (believe me I've tried. *sigh*).However, the one thing that bothered me, was that it weighed my mask down and I had to tighten my straps just a little. I had to put it on right where my mask meets the hose because my hose is heated and has a special connector where it meets the machine. So right at the mask is the only place that it fits. And it does fit, with no air leaks, so that is great!I love that it came with such a large pack of them. It will make for sure that I change it out monthly like the instructions suggest.Also put one on hubby's machine. If I encounter any issues, I will update. But I have to say that I appreciate the peace of mind that an additional filtration provides.
