Overall looks good, but has some potential errors
Only just got this book, did not make any recipes, but found some errors in meal plan already. For example meal plan week one has turkey breasts and cod in the recipes, but they are not mentioned in the week one shopping list 🤔 feel like i still need to look through recipes and make my own shopping list as I can not trust this one. Not sure if I received a miss printed copy or what happened. But recipes look good, clear instructions and tips why ingredients chosen

Great Cookbook
This cookbook is really helpful to me. I'm happy I bought it. I love the Hormone Balancing tips included with each recipe. I definitely recommend this book.

Tasty recipes, with Pictures of each recipes. Easy to cook !
I love this book! Though I have bought other PCOS cookbook in the past but because this one specifically addresses the concern of weight gain which is one of my major struggles. I decided to give it a try.I can say I love all the recipes in this book...the pictures of all the recipes makes it so appealing. Many of these meal are Fast and easy to prepare.
