Wow! Never do I take the time to actually write a review. I felt compelled to do so after having taken this product for a full week straight. I thought my multi vitamin was enough to sustain my energy throughout the day. Boy was I wrong. After taking this product I have significant energy. I’m talking like the energy I had in H.S. I’m an 80’s baby, so yea do the math! Not only is my energy through the roof, I have no appetite. I actually only crave healthier food options as well. I’m down 3lbs in a week. I know it’s from this product. My weight has been a bit stagnant even with exercise. I’m so glad I’ve found something that has given my metabolism a boost. Absolutely loving these drops. Craves my appetite and as a person who has trouble swallowing pills I appreciate being able to have an option of drops. I take mid morning which keeps me going until evening. No side effects or any issues. I don’t taste anything either. Hold under tongue for about 60 seconds and swallow. Super easy !

I do believe it helped me start losing an incremental amount more weight than I was, but it says it has 30 days of servings, but it only lasted 18 at best. Helped a bit as an appetite suppressant, but I was still hungry at night. At that point it's just willpower to not eat. I wasn't starving, but was mildly hungry, so not sure how one wants to judge that in terms of appetite suppressant. It's palatable and only the once right at the beginning when I was "sure" it wasn't doing anything so I took it in the morning right after taking it at night and by the end of the day I was very nauseous and I basically charlie horsed in my guts. So after that I did what the bottle said and didn't exceed the recommended dosage and did not have that happen again. I included that for any over-anxious individuals like myself. Just have patience. Overall it did help a bit. And that was noticeable.

Um no, don’t waste your money! Took it daily as directed, the stopper tube would never get completely full, I eventually just turned up the bottle & drank from it, leaving it under my tongue for 90 seconds, etc Never did a single thing for me. Might as well drink water

not much taste, no measurements on the dropper, have to estimate dose, so trying every other day. So far no noticeable effects. easy to swallow, would suggest letting it set a few sec under tongue. quality was good and packaging was good. no weight loss expected.
