Really good but amount of item doesn’t worth the price. Very small can.

My cannister was dented upon arrival, but was still OK to use. Made a chai latte according to the instructions provided and it was delicious! My mother-in-law was very impressed and I am so excited to have fresh, high-quality tea to serve for guests. It's actually better than any chai I've received at my local coffee shops.

As a chaiholic I had great hopes for this product. It's better than the multitude of other masala chai offerings but I didn't find it to be exceptional. The cost is also a bit prohibitive. Pot cooking vs espresso machine produced a better taste. The quest for the chai of my dreams continues.

This chai is absolutely delicious, especially if you prepare it on the stove as suggested. It makes a rich and flavorful cup of tea, and has become a lunchtime ritual when my wife and I are both working from home. I'm shocked at how thick and creamy the result is! The spice blend is also perfect, with bits of cinnamon and whole cardamom pods which give the chai a slight kick.I highly suggest following the instructions rather than just steeping it to get the best results - it doesn't take long and is very easy, especially if you have a strainer.

I wouldn’t consider myself a chai tea connoisseur, but I do enjoy it when I visit Indian restaurants. The Chai Guys tea has a lot more pepper than I’m used to. It’s almost overwhelming. Also, the brewing process seems to take too long, and you end up with a minimum of 3 cups of chai at the end, when all I want is 1 cup. The price is also more expensive than other chai teas I’ve had. I doubt I will purchase this brand of chai again.
