Only started using. Very nice chairs. Light to move around . Comfortable . Will have to see how they withstand Scottish weather... now raining!

Been a few weeks since I ordered these. Delivery was quick but issues with one chair. Replacement sent but still the same issues. Another sent and 3 weeks on I have 4 chairs, not two but 6 fixings have now broken. Have been able to reuse parts from the 2 replacements which were damaged initially, but this shouldn’t be the case. The brass fittings are really poor quality. I have had stainless fittings turned by a local engineering firm to fix the underlying issue, but again this shouldn’t be required. Can’t fault the company for replacing the product quickly and without fuss but I would be in a never ending dialogue with them needing replacements parts. Can’t honestly advise anyone to purchase, unless you have your own lathe.

The product arrived on time very well packaged. Overall I would say that the quality of timber is very good, and worthy of buying. However, A) company fails to answer e-mails from my husband about possible treatments etc to maintain quality - customer support very shoddy and not what was expected - the documentation that comes claims pretreated and B) arms have to be re tightened when opened out hence 2 stars. Plus now showing water staining even when mainly covered from elements over last 4 weeksAddendum -Now contacted by the company and provided with a comprehensive account for keeping furniture looking good therefore I would move the star rating to 3 stars

Arrived with a nut missing, but found a neighbour with one that fitted. Would be better pre-stained with teak oil for that price, and a tighter fit. Works though, and looks good after oiling.

Were as described, good sturdy chairs, ( just tightened Allen bolts before use )

These chairs have a design fault, after two summers of light use and being put away in a garage after each time, the wooden pegs that hold them together have twisted and disintegrated away. Two are now unusable and two more are on the way and they have probably only been out about 30-40 times! Buy these at your peril.

order arrived promptly and well packed so no damage. As other reviews have mentioned the chairs are not oiled so if you wish to protect them you have a job to get done. The chairs themselves are a bit like seats on Ryanair - slightly shorter on the seat and not that comfortable, in addition getting them folded is another job in itself. Not very intuitive and even after having them for a couple of months they still do not fold easily and seems to take 4/5 tries to get actually get them flat. For the price I would have expected better - these are pretty basic

De madera de teca. Buena calidad aparente (veremos con el paso del tiempo...). En mi opinión tienen un gran defecto. Al tener un respaldo excesivamente inclinado NO son cómodas para un uso diario. Además, los tornillos que sujetan los reposabrazos se aflojan continuamente, lo que abunda en su incomodidad. (Como verdad/broma diría que son apropiadas para que duren poco las visitas en la playa). Después de la experiencia, no las volvería a comprar.
