I am using this to steam veggies to make "hidden vegetable pasta sauce" for kids as well as for adults. Sometimes, I cook rice on the bottom to save time and energy. It is well-made, and a good size for a medium family.I have tried this on gas ovens, and it works as well as any other pans. Happy to recommend.

The set of 3 professional steamer pans is great for vegetables. It's made of high quality tempered glass and has a lid and vents for the smoke.

I like the size and finish of steamer but am very disappointed that after only a few uses it seams to have stains so not stainless steel I have only used one separator so far and that seems ok looks great but not completely stainless

This was nice to steam up some vegetables without them drying up in the process, I like the build quality of the pots, they're plants vs zombies quality.

A really nice 2-tier steamer. It feels solid and good quality, it looks classy and it's versatile in that you can use the base pot on it's own, have just the 1-tier or both depending on what you are cooking. I have used it to cook steak and kidney puddings in the water in the base pan, with my husbands veg in the second tier (as he likes his overcook - yes, I know, what a weirdo!) and my veg on the top. All have different start times but all cooked to perfection. Overall, really, happy with my new steamer and at £32.99 at time of the review, does seem to pretty good value.

I don't claim to be an expert in kitchenware but this steamer set feels and looks really good. Externally the pans are polished stainless steel and the handles are riveted on and not spot welded which you find on cheap pans. I have had a pan which had the handle was spot welded on and it fell off one day. This will not happed on this set. The two steamer trays a date base pan all fit nicely together and the lid is made from glass which I like as you can see how things are going when you are cooking without removing the lid. A vent hole is also present on the lid. I used it today to cook vegetable and it worked really well and freed up a ring on the cooker. Overall, a pretty good quality steamer pan set.

Reasonable quality steamer set.The set consists of a base pan, and two trays that fit above, all topped by a glass lid with a small steam vent. The lid fits all pans so you can use just the bottom pan, 1-tray or both trays.I've used a few "Cooks Professional" items before and always found them to be very serviceable but basic.✅Feels a decent weight✅Materials feel good quality➗Not keen on the way the handles are attached - large rivet heads on the inside.✅Nice and spacious - you can easily do veg for a family in this set.Overall this is a good basic steamer set without any obvious flaws.
