I like the supplement ratios on these hydration sticks the best
I like the supplement breakdown of these sticks the best, and in terms of taste they're excellent. I think 400mg of sodium is plenty, vs some competitors have 1000mg and unless you're sweating intensely, that's too much for everyday. I also love that these have about 3x the amount of magnesium and potassium as the competition. I think all around these are the best balance.

Decent tasting Electrolyte + vitamins drink!
Magnesium glycinate is a magnesium supplement for magnesium deficiency (low magnesium) and other potential uses. Magnesium glycinate, also known as magnesium diglycinate or magnesium bisglycinate, is the magnesium salt of glycine. Magnesium L-threonate is often used for its potential brain benefits such as improved short-and long-term memory, normal stimulation of brain cells, as well as formation of new brain cells. Magnesium L-threonate is better for cognitive and brain health, whereas magnesium glycinate is more suitable for muscle relaxation and sleep quality.Electrolytes are essential for basic life functioning, such as maintaining electrical neutrality in cells and generating and conducting action potentials in the nerves and muscles. Significant electrolytes include sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, calcium, phosphate, and bicarbonates. They regulate nerve and muscle function, hydrate the body, balance blood acidity and pressure, and help rebuild damaged tissue. The muscles and neurons are sometimes referred to as the “electric tissues” of the body. They rely on the movement of electrolytes through the fluid inside, outside, or between cells. However, Electrolyte drinks are not meant to be casually consumed throughout the day as if they're water. Due to their high electrolyte content, drinking these beverages every day when there has not been a loss of electrolytes, could result in toxicities (poisoning) of different electrolytes. Common signs of electrolyte deficiency include muscle cramps, fatigue, weakness, irregular heartbeat, dizziness and confusion. Additionally, excessive thirst, dry mouth and infrequent urination may indicate an electrolyte imbalance. Talk to your health care professional if you experience any of these symptoms. This Electrolyte/magnesium supplement formula is a great way to supplement the daily intake of the essential minerals, and it also comes with other great essential vitamins. It also tastes OK and is very easy to mix, however I was not able to find where it is produced or the ingredients sourced from. At $30 per 21 servings it is a bit pricey.

Too Dilute For Bottles Over 16oz
These electrolyte packets from Gainful are surprisingly tasty, and have a fraction of the sugar content compared to typical sports drinks. There’s also a bit of tartness that I enjoy that makes them stand out from other lemon-lime flavors that tend to be too sweet. Plus, they manage to skirt the line between containing stevia as an ingredient and not having the dreaded stevia aftertaste that’s all too common in sugar-free/low sugar products.I found that one packet tastes well balanced in up to 16oz of water. Unfortunately, anything larger tastes too diluted, which is a shame since my primary bottle is 32oz. While I can, and have, used 2 packets at once, I’m of course aware that doing so provides more electrolytes than I need and makes this not very cost effective. There are other brands with comparable ingredients that cost less per packet and taste good in 32-40oz of water. So while it was nice to try this brand for the first time, and they do a good job of providing a solid nutritional profile for replenishing electrolytes, I likely won’t be ordering from them again.

Good taste, mixes easily, appropriate levels of supplements; a little pricey
I ordered these because I do a lot of work outside and sweat a lot when I do. I thought I would try these because the mix/balance of supplements and sweeteners sounded good to me. I tried a popular brand and did not like it at all (too salty and harsh) and hoped this one would be better. It is!I like the options to choose caffeinated or non-caffeinated, and chose lemon-lime non-caff, because I like a more tart flavor when I am hot and sweating and don't need to amp myself up when my heart rate is already higher. It stirred into my cold water quickly and turned the water a hazy white instead of the clear I was expecting. I like the flavor - it is a little salty (as it should be), but not much, and the lemon lime flavor is just right, in my opinion, not too strong and not too faint. I do find a bit of residue at the bottom of my mug after using this, but I just swish it around as I handle my mug and it seems to distribute better.I am glad I tried it, and will likely buy more when I run out, although it is a bit pricey to me. I'll keep an eye out for a price adjustment/coupon and buy then, if one happens.

A huge difference, especially if you’re looking to stay hydrated and recover well after workouts
I love that they have 400 mg of sodium. I think that’s a great amount compared to some other brands that throw in 1000 mg. Unless you're sweating buckets, that higher sodium can be overkill for everyday use. What really caught my attention is the high levels of magnesium and potassium, about three times what you’d find in other mixes. This makes a huge difference, especially if you’re looking to stay hydrated and recover well after workouts. As for taste, I’ve been enjoying the Strawberry Lemonade and Tropical Mango flavors. They’re not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and they dissolve easily in water without leaving any weird aftertaste. I also noticed that I don’t get that gritty feeling in my mouth afterward, which is a big plus for me.I’ve been using these before my workouts, and I genuinely feel a difference. I’m recovering faster, and I haven’t had any cramps lately, which is awesome. The single-use packets are super convenient too, so I can just toss one in my gym bag.
