Omg I love love over love this canopy! It was soooooo easy to put together and the quality is bomb! I brought a canopy previous and paid almost 250 and lasted 2 months and quality was poor. I will recommend anyone to purchase this! Again I love this canopy

Very flimsy cheap quality. I’ve had it for a month and it won’t stay up and has already ripped. Smh! Broke in the wind

The tent is a lightweight aluminum frame but quite sturdy for the design. The mosquito netting has velcro all the way around unlike many similar models.However, this review is really all about the customer service. Doria, the service rep, followed up, tracked our FeEx package after I mistakenly sent the wrong address, and got our replacement parts to us immediately without endless requests for more pictures or descriptions of the problem. Could not be happier with the exceptional customer support, especially considering the mistakes were mine.

The tent looked like it would be nice but pieces were missing. I got the warranty from Amazon, but they first make you go through the products warranty if a 30 day window goes by. I ended up not using it for a party I was supporting to use it for, I rescheduled so didn’t open it until later. However, the product warranty will send a new frame. I’m waiting to see when it will be delivered.

Even with heavy winds, the tent didn't fall.The mesh cover on the other hand is a bit small. We were able to force it to close.Bugs and spiders do get in from the top... Mesh isn't as secure as I would have likeMesh ripped from 3 out of the 4 sides and has been thrown away.I wish there was some way of getting a better replacement for the mesh covering around the tent.

This was easy to put up, though 2 people are needed because it's so big. The sides do collect water with big rain, but its easy enough to tip out, just hope it doesn't create additional wear on it.I received mine without the weight bags, but customer service was quick to send them out, so that's good.

The product came with some minor damage to the case, cover, and frame, which I was able to overlook, at first. The design of the corner extensions would flip up whenever the wind would blow and cause a failure when the rain came, which caused it to pool in areas of the tent. The design of the screening on the peak cover was not thought-out. In addition, there are large spaces on each corner that flies, moths, and mosquitos can enter at any time. Overall, not a great product.

Sprayed the whole cover with a water resistant coating before using. Anchored it down with ties, rock bags, and ground screws. It will hold up to hurricane winds as long as all these measures are in place. It totally creates a whole mood in my backyard, I am growing young plants in it as well as having a round six seat table were we have dinner and we can even fit our projector screen in there.
