A wonderful tool. My cats love the effect. It picks up a lot of hair. I couldn’t be happier personally prices right the product works. It’s a wonderful product.

Cat likes the feel of this brush, not good on matting
The brush really doesn't get out matted fur but this is the only brush my big guy will cooperate with and I have plenty of different types of brushes. He likes the feels of the rubber bristles. He was a bit afraid of the cool steam coming out at first but now I just turn on after I start brushing and he has no problem.

Need to cut the long piece of silicone on the inside for the hole before it fits properly.

Poor quality
The handle was loose upon arrival and the power button pushed inside the unit when I pressed it the first time. I had to take it apart to fix it so I could use it.
