NORTIV 8 Mens Safety Shoes, Work Shoes with Steel Toe Cap and Midsole, Breathable Mens Safety Trainers Utility Footwear

These are a great pair of safety trainers, ideal for the workshop which is what I am using them for. I am sure they would be perfect in a warehouse/driver environment too. They are a lot more comfortable and flexible than a more durable leather pair, and they allow the feet to breathe more easily with the mesh uppers. The style and colour is a subtle change from a standard plain boot, more like a regular sports shoe, and they look really cool, so a little less 'Herman Munster'. Durability is difficult to assess at this time, but hopefully they should last a while under average working conditions. The only negative I can find, as others have mentioned is the sizing on the box/shoe. The size 9 I bought, is also marked as a 44 (which I thought was a 10). So which is it? Well it is hard to tell, but I visually measured against another size 9 trainer I have and this Nortiv8 safety trainer looks ever so slightly bigger imo. Sizing shoes can be difficult at anytime to get the right fit I suppose, that said it worked out OK for me this time. For me the size markings has not been an issue, even with slim feet I like a shoe to have room and it fits fine especially when wearing thicker work socks. Overall I am very happy with this quality purchase, even with the potential sizing issue these are worth a 5 star score.

Was surprised by how comfortable they were ordered a size 9 uk which it said on box but also had euro size 44 which I thought was a 10 !! Only had them on one day so far but was a 12 hour shift and feet !!

Not as good as the ,hard to come by , discontinued, Zephyr work trainers.But , they are comfortable straight out of the box and as advertised.Only drawback is they slip a bit off the heel when walking.

Hello i bought this shoes just yesterday specialy with fiberglass tip to be non metalic and i could go trought metal scanners at work withou taking them off ... Gates presents that the tip is fully metal no fiberglass as mentioned in description ... Scam but shoes are nice
