I will start out by saying I have purchased several “basketball” bags for my son and none has been able to hold his size 14 size shoes, ball and water bottles all together. I was truly skeptical thinking I would be returning this bag once I received it BUT I will say this bag is impressive!! It hold everything together and there’s still room for more items! I have recommended this bag to everyone on his team!!

I have had this bag for just over a month and use it at least 6 times a week for my gym clothes and work clothes. My first thoughts when I opened the box was it did not look very big but I was pleasantly surprised. The bag can actually hold a lot of stuff if you need it. It did take me a few minutes to figure out how the shoe compartment is supposed to work. When you put your shoes in it the toes point up towards the top of the bag. I was thinking they go in along the bottom but they do not. The nice thing about this bag is even if you are using the shoe compartment it does not really take away from the available storage space inside.The only negative comment I have about the bag is the side pocket. The zipper opens from the bottom up which makes it sort of awkward to open or close when you have something inside. It would be must easier if it opened from the top down. I have owned several bags with side pockets and this is the first one I have had that opens this way which is sort of odd. Construction seems solid and I feel this bag will last with everyday usage.

We purchased this backpack because it appeared similar to an old Speedo backpack we had that finally booked. This new backpack is a good size and seems to be solidly constructed. We intend it to be a weekend travel bag for our son.

I could spend hundreds of dollars and not find a sports backpack as good as this one.The product photo shows a basketball inside - I put my shoes in that pocket after a workout. There is plenty of room for much more even when loaded with big gym shoes. The bag has outside and inside pockets that are so conveniently organized for me.And it is well made and tough. I live in the south and it gets very hot for hours in the parked car, but this bag has not weakened, or turned into jelly at the joins, as other bags sometimes do.Amazed at how much bag this is for the very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my grandson who is 12 and he plays a lot of basketball. School and team ball. It is very well made and he loves it! It holds all his gear and the ball.

Bag is big and roomie. Lots of places to put things. I like that. However the straps started coming off of the bag within 2 months.I did reach out to customer service. Have not received a response yet.***update 2/25/22 - customer support is sending a replacement. They replied very quickly. I’ll update my review again once the replacement is received.***update 3/11/22 - New bag arrived a few weeks ago and is great. Customer service was awesome with sending a replacement and quick responses. I’m very happy with my purchase now.

Ball compartment is a bit tight. A 29.5 basketball won't just roll in. You'll have to shove it in, but it will stay snug so it wont bounce around in the backpack. There's plenty of space left in the main compartment for your shoes, slides, towels, clothes, and laptop so it can double as a school bag or a gym bag, but maybe not all three at once. Water bottle can go in the side pocket. Keys and wallet can also fit in one of the side pockets or the top comparment beside the handle. Not the prettiest of the bags out there but it does an excellent job for the asking price.
