PUMP TROUBLE? PLEASE KEEP READING
First, I know people have been having problems with these pumps. I actually tried to open them in the shower while all wet and just ended up getting aggravated and opening the whole top fully to use it. After my shower I dried them off and tried again while I was dressed and dry. I almost returned it also but you just have to hold tightly to the bottom screw part and keep twisting the pump counter clockwiseYes, it seems like it will never release but keep turning. It takes a ridiculous amount of time, a good 2 minutes I’d say. When it feels like it’s gotten a bit tighter and you think you’ve lost your mind, keep twisting counter clockwise. It will suddenly pop up.With that said, it has a really great lather. Idk why other people are saying it doesn’t because it clearly lathers very well and the scent is so nice. I thought it might be weird having a pumpkin-y spice smelling shampoo and conditioner but I love it. The scent doesn’t really linger after though.

Smells so good
My old set was drying out my hair, now my hair is getting back to healthier and shinier (not oily but I never had that issue). I use these every 2-3 days on my hair and it stays feels clean in between

This was my first time trying native and I'm usually a higher end hair product gal. My hair had small chunks falling out after, brushing it felt impossible it snarled fast and my hair was soooo dry I gave it a few tries just to make sure and then it broke my forehead out in acne so I will not be using it again smells good tho
