This review is for "Dryer Vent Hose, 75mm Aluminium Vent Tubing, 2.5m Aluminium PVC Ventilation Air Ducting, Flexible Ventilation Duct Black 3 Layer HVAC Ventilation Air Hose with 2 Stainless Steel Clamps."I accidentally ordered the wrong size hose, as I want thgis to replace a dryer hose - it is too narrow for a dryer. In fact this size is more suitable for air extractor fans so it will need to wait for my next bathroom upgrade.The hose itself is good quality, and supplied in a very compact, compressed form that is only 8" long but expands to 8 ft. It also comes with two large screw clamps. I'm very happy with the product, just a little disappointed that I selected the wrong size. Bear in mind that this style of hose is not smooth inside, and creates turbulence in the airflow, so it is best to carefully cut it to the required length during installation rather than leaving extra hose in your installation.The price at the time of review was around £14, which seems reasonable value for money. I rate it five stars as the only problems were my own fault for choosing the wrong size.

A nice, solid and well-made length of ducting. The walls are thick and robust and it says in shape nicely. The jubilee clips are solid and reliable. The ends are cleanly cut and dressed with no wire sticking out. Very good value for the quality you get.

This arrives in a easy to recycle plastic wrap. What's also good is you get two jubilee style clips, so no need to muck around with plastic pins. Though, depending on what you want to do with it, you might need a sizing adaptor.Obviously that's not included, but this works well with those. It also works well with various equipment, from tumble dryers to homemade venting systems. It's also nicely durable as well, with the black colour being nicely different from the usual white.A colour that hides dirt and stains well, especially when the cat likes to squeeze past it. It's also a decent price considering the length. Overall ? I'm happy with this one.

A sturdy Aluminium ducting that can be used for automotive (air) use as well. It is 75mm (not 80mm as described on one of the images) and comes with 2 stainless steel jubilee type clips. Great value.

I recently put my 3D printer in an enclosure and wanted to vent the fumes from some of the less user friendly filaments outside.The exhaust kit I bought only came with 2m of ducting and the route to the nearest window is closer to 3.5m, either a replacement or extended duct was the obvious answer so this was ordered.I ended up 3D printing a coupling tube with a second fan in it to help the first one shift all the air around the several bends but it has worked out fine.There was a slight odour of plastic when I first opened it but that soon passed.It's not quite as flexible as the other hose, that's because this one is foil lined, on the other hand that helps it keep the shape of the bends so I've used this for the middle bit where all the bends are and the more flexible hose for the ends that connect to the enclosure and my window vent.It's well made and quite evenly round, the support wire is evenly placed so it expands without any kinks.Not bad value, there may be cheaper out there but not all ducting is made equal so it's worth the extra for a decent product.

We needed a new hose for our tumble dryer so we ordered this one. It came Well packaged and was not damaged upon delivery.It was packaged in a cellophane wrapper came with two big clips in case you need to clip it round something.Cellophane package I immediately received with a strange chemical type smell which got worse as I pulled the hose apart. This was a really strange strong smell that went right to the back of my throat.I can confirm that this did fit on my normal sized tumble dryer bracket.We used it just to experiment and put warm health through it and as I thought the smell was quite strong from the new hose. Material seems quite good for one of these hoses and I do like the black book.I am going to leave it outside for a couple of days and see if the smell will dissipate if this does then hopefully we will be able to use it. At the moment though I can only give it three stars, if you are not bothered by strong smells then this may not bother you.

Good quality (foil lined) and good length. Great value for money

I wanted to fit up a ventilation fan in my Motorhome for to get some forced air movement on those really hot days and this is the perfect size for an existing fan I had in the garage, I used the diesel heater fittings that this fitted perfectly so it was relatively easy to connect up, my only comment is that it’s a bit smelly for a while when first used but it went away I would guess that it’s from the manufacturing and being packed so tightly but not a persistent problem as it went away and stayed away. I would recommend this for ventilation as this is what I have used this for and I don’t know how it would handle heat👍👍😁😁

In meinem Fall habe ich das Rohr an ein Abluftsystem mit Aktivkohlefilter angeschlossen, um überschüssige Wärme und Gerüche zuverlässig aus dem Grow-Raum abzuleiten. Die solide Verarbeitung und Flexibilität des Rohrs ermöglichen eine einfache Installation, auch in engen oder verwinkelten Bereichen des Anbauraums. Das Rohr ist mehrlagig aufgebaut, mit einer inneren Aluschicht und einer äußeren PVC-Beschichtung, wodurch es für diesen speziellen Einsatz gut geeignet ist. Es unterstützt die Wärmeableitung, obwohl es sich beim Einsatz nicht komplett kühl anfühlt, bietet aber dennoch eine bessere Isolierung als herkömmliche weiße Schläuche. Der mitgelieferte Geruch von Klebstoff beim Auspacken war nur kurz vorhanden und hat sich schnell verflüchtigt, sodass keine negativen Einflüsse auf die Pflanzen zu befürchten sind. Insgesamt erfüllt das Abluftrohr seinen Zweck beim Grow voll und ganz, insbesondere bei der sicheren Ableitung von Abluft aus dem Raum. Es ist stabil, leicht zu installieren und unterstützt die notwendige Belüftung für optimale Wachstumsbedingungen spezieller Pflanzen.

Je l'ai pris pour remplacer le conduit d'extraction de mon climatiseur mobile. Après 15 ans de services il commençait à se fendiller...Celui-ci est parfait, plus long que l'original, avec le bon diamètre. Dommage par contre que le sens de rotation de la spirale ne soit pas précisé, ce n'est pas le même que sur mon appareil. J'ai quand même pu le fixer grâce aux deux colliers de serrage fournis.Le matériau est résistant à la chaleur ce qui n'était pas le cas du tuyau d'origine. On y gagne donc une moindre déperdition de chaleur.Satisfait du produit. Je recommande !

Tubo para extracción de aire esencialmente, no para extraer humos o aires precalentados, formado por dos capas de hojas de plástico, la interior en color aluminio brillante y la exterior en color negro mate, muy fácil de extender, soporta bien su proprio peso ahorrando puntos de sujeción y tiene el diámetro interior correcto para enganchar en tuberías y motores de 100mm.Pero recalco, no sirve para evacuar humos o aires calientes, ya que su composición plástica puede resultar peligrosa a temperaturas superiores a los 50ºC, produciendo gases nocivos.Producto aceptable, aunque evidentemente sin ninguna garantía sanitaria ni apariencia que pueda durar mucho bajo un trabajo continuo.

Lo sto usando come scarico di una stampante 3D ed é la prima volta che ho a che fare con un tubo di questo materiale. Mentre gli altri tubi usati in passato estendibili erano di plastica e relativamente rigidi, questa soluzione e straordinariamente flessibile, utile per seguire dei percorsi meno lineari (senza esagerare, altrimenti tutti i tubi scaricano male). Interessante il rivestimento interno che aiuta a non riscaldare granché il tubo.Vengono forniti due anelli di acciaio per fissare i terminali.Per me soluzione interessante.
