Pros- clear- comes out reasonably decently- seals up quite nicelyCons- yet to determine the longevity of it or how it deals with mould growthIt's a pretty decent alternative to the usual brands. It does the job and comes out fairly nicely, at least in my experience.I've been meaning to seal up some bits around windows and window sills for ages and never got round to it. So I've been using it there. It seems to work nicely and if you don't want the white of the usual, the clear makes it pretty seamless.As for it's overall performance, I'll have to wait and see and since it's coming up towards spring I might not see the mould performance for another year since it's only winter that the windows get bad since I need to replace most of the window seals.Overall, it's a little cheaper than other brands and seems to be a reasonable alternative. Means you can save a few quid if you need a good few tubes.

Exactly what I needed to seal the wet room shower floor and panels at the bottom. The flooring in the wet room is in perfect condition but was cut a tiny bit short and not sealed properly. I removed all the silicone that was there (hardest part of the job), I used glue to stick the flooring in place as it rose to meat the panel strip and used this silicone sealant to seal the flooring. It is so easy to work with, It fits regular silicone guns, and the consistency gives a very smooth flow and doesn’t run as it dries. It dries properly clear and dries quicker than I expected, ideal for a room that gets a lot of use. I even completed a job I started months ago and sealed around the kitchen sink and tile area, been meaning to do that for ages. When I get round to removing the old silicone from the windows I will get this brand in white due to how good this clear one is and its anti mould properties.

We had a minor leak on our toilet wast outlet pipe, and decided to D.I.Y. plumbing job -(cheaper). The sealant was applied, and after leaving overnight, the loo was flushed in the morning, and not a drop of water anywhere. Still keeping the water where it should be. Great product, easy to apply, and works great.
