Good low cost alternative to the apple tags.
Very pleased how well these tags perform. Easy to set up and added them to clear plastic luggage tags on a recent cruise. These them to find a bag that was hidden in the luggage hall and not easy to spot eyes only. Nice that they come with extra batteries and are easy to pair and switch on and off when not in constant use. (ie on holiday) This is an advantage over air tags are they are permanently on.

A budget version of an AirTag
For about a third of the price of an AirTag, you get a lot more than a third of the value of an AirTag.If you've been living in a cave, these devices use Apple's "Find My" network to enable you to track them across the globe. They don't have GPS or transmit signals themselves but, whenever they're within Bluetooth range of an iPhone, iPad or Mac, that device securely transmits the tracker's location back to Apple's servers so that you can check on the location of it through the "Find My" app.Apple insists on making you feel like a second-class citizen adding it to your account as an "Other Item" rather than as an "AirTag", but otherwise setup is just like an AirTag. Pull out the tab to power up the device and use the app to add it to your account by naming it and assigning an emoji. The device is quite light and has less premium feeling construction than an AirTag but it features a hole to attach a keyring or lanyard and includes a lanyard in the box; features missing from a genuine AirTag. It also comes with a spare battery which, again, Apple fails to include. Battery life is quoted as a year, the same as an AirTag, but is affected by how often you make it play a noise and how long it is in "Lost" mode. In my testing, this made a louder noise than the AirTags. The tag doesn't include the UWB feature on genuine AirTags that enables you to precisely identify the location of a tag down to 0.5ft but, as that feature is only available on some iPhones, many won't even notice that this is missing.I gave this to my mum who took it home in her bag for a few days. I was correctly notified that it was no longer with me and she was notified that she was being tracked. I could see where it was in the app so all the features worked as expected. At under £13, this is great if you have lots of items you want to track and don't want to keep shelling out for the Apple tax.

Doesn’t work properly
Used this for my pet who never wanders far but when he does it often says last seen at home. Therefore it’s no good for me.

Great value smart tag that discreetly and directly attaches to a keyring
At less than 4cm diameter and about 7mm thick this clever tag will enable you to track any object using the Find my app on an Apple iPhone. What I love about this particular tag is that you don't need a separate case or holder - you can attach a loop keyring directly to the tag and your keys for discreet fuss-free tracking. In the box you get the smart tag, a spare CR2032 lithium battery, a plastic pick to remove the battery cover, a white lanyard and some instructions. To set up the tag is very straightforward - pull out the battery saving plastic tab so the tag beeps (it has a built-in speaker), open the Find my app on your iPhone, select 'add other item' and once the tag appears select connect. You can give it a unique name and even a colourful icon in the app to aid identification. The tag uses bluetooth to connect to Apple's Find my network and can be located at any time and almost anywhere in the world using the Find my app on your iPhone. If you misplace your item you can trigger the tag to beep or even set it to lost mode. It also protects the privacy of others by beeping if travelling with someone else and not its owner. For the price you really can't go wrong. Whilst it lacks an accelerometer for more precise locating, its certainly better than nothing and should help you locate your items within about 30-40m. The Find my app will also notify you if you are separated from the tracker at any time.I haven't had time to test the battery life yet but according to the specs it should last up to one year. The beeper is fairly loud for the size and easily distinguishable from more well-known tracking tags by its sound. In summary it offers great value and peace-of-mind for tracking items as long as you're an iPhone user.

nice smart tag
This smart tag is a nice small little tag and works really well for what it is. It loads very quickly and easily into the Find My system and is an effective location device. Keep in mind that these do not contain the W one or W-2 chips so you can't actually do how close you are to it such as called precision location. Since it's Bluetooth range if you're in the same house with the item, you won't be able to locate it using pinpoint accuracy because it'll just tell you it's with you. But you can hit a button to play sound and you can follow the sound around the house till you find it. For things that require precision location you would want to get one that actually has those features. But for the money, this was cheap enough to throw on my key ring for when I drop them down and forget where I put them.

Didn’t work
I had one of these, it would drop connectivity and need to be re-synced Daily. Spend the extra $ and get an apple air tag. I have 3 all work great.

Works. Less style points than an AirTag.
It works. That’s the key thing. And it is cheaper than an AirTag for now. Was easy to set up. It isn’t as perfectly designed as an AirTag, but that’s just aesthetics. It functions. And if that is your only goal, or you don’t want to own Apple products, this is a great way to go.

Compact and replaceable battery feature - Not weather proof
It is a standard tracker that offer pretty much same features like other trackers. Pairing with iPhone was very easy. It produces incrementally louder audible beeps when I play sound from iPhone. What separate this tracker is the ability to replace battery so that, in theory, its useful life can be extended. However, it is not IPx rated; hence, it is likely not wet weather proof. Package comes with an extra battery.

Budget iOS Bluetooth smart tag
Some really great things about this smart tag but be warned these are not a direct replacement for the apple AirTags. Think of it more like a Tile tag in how it works. What it does:It integrates seamlessly with the “find my” iOS app. No need to add another application to your device. You can see the last location that the device was connected to the phone. You can also trigger it to alarm if needed. The internal tag speaker is pretty loud and should make the device and whatever it’s attached to easy to find in open air. What it won’t do:It won’t give pinpoint location like a AirTag will if in the vicinity. You can see it on a map but you don’t get the green pinpoint location. It works as described in the listing so it gets a good rating but I did want to highlight the differences.
