Lamp lasted less than 3 months before starting to flicker. Stay clear of BEST ELECTRONICS LONDON
Never had a problem with the previous 2 Sony VPL-VW320ES projection lamps, but this lamp lasted less than 3 months before starting to flicker. I contacted the seller (BEST ELECTRONICS LONDON) who responded to my query with "No warranty on lamps". Great customer service. Stay clear of this seller.Lesson learned. This seller offering the lamp for c.£100 when all other suppliers are charging c.£300. It was an offer too good to be true. As they say "buy cheap, buy twice".BEST ELECTRONICS LONDON - perhaps you should be considering renaming your company to WORST ELECTRONIC LONDON since your products are poor and your customer service is even worse.
