This backpack was jus what I needed for a trip abroad. It is a good size - not too big or too small. It is very attractive and well made. The main problem I had with it - which was really annoying - was the closure of the main strap on the outside. It is a sort of hook which is supposed to slide into a loop. This should be quick and easy to do when you need to open and close it frequently. It took two hands to manipulate it every time. It needs a click closure or something similar. Just bad product design.

... The hook fastening is really frustrating because the loop tape fabric is too soft and bendy, so not possible to unclip one-handed. Serious fail.Other than that, roomy, water resistance v good, and tons of space. Fits Macbook Air 13" no problem.
