I used the 3 lbs of glass marbles to weight and stabilize one medium size glass vase. So you can calculate your cost if you have a lot of vaes or BIG ones that will need up to 6 pounds.These marbles are not marketed as toys. They are sold as decorative accessories.

Good quality clear glass beads really made my arrangement look great for a wedding.

I was going to use these in a craft that I make, and I ordered these because they were the 0.63 size that I currently use…. if you just need a black marble to take up space, Such as putting in a vice or something, they would be fine. But I need a sphere that is at least.63 so I Will be returning them

ITEM:FUTUREPLUSX Glass Marbles (Black/5LB/0.63 Inch each)PROS:They seem handmade, since the marbles aren't perfectly round or perfectly smooth all over. But since I wanted them as a base for some experiments with resin & solid builder gels, they fit my needs well. The glass sometimes seems to have an amber hue to the black & a bit of a subtle whorl visible.CONS:Even though it seems like a lot of marbles, since glass is heavy, you'll need more than 1 set if you have a large vase to fill.FINAL THOUGHTS:I needed a base to create DIY pearls & opals and free-form pendants, and these glass marbles make for a nice core for them since it gives them a nice weighty feel.
