Lovely picture. However instructions are NOT CLEAR, I'm quite experienced with embroidery and I can work out how to do this one. But if you're a beginner and think this one might be good to start off with, stop now. I'm surprised because I've worked previous designs from Dimensions where there's been a diagram of the picture with very clear working instructions. Am attaching a photo of the instructions. If I didn't like the picture so much, I'd probably send it back out of sheer irritation!

I started this piece in 2019 and forgot about it. (It was almost done!) I just found it and finished it. It was fun. I needed a needle puller (pictured; mine is green) for the ribbon embroidery parts because my fingers aren't very strong anymore. This would be good for an advanced stitcher. Good quality materials.

Perfect starter kit to learn the stitches and to get used to a bigger piece of needlework. It looks like an antique sampler when framed.

This is an awesome kit for embroidery starters. It's fun, has a great design and gets you going on your embroidery skill.I did however, run out of a few of the color threads green and pink. As a beginner you need more thread.

My grandmother taught me to hand embroider when I was little. I hadn’t picked up a needle and thread since then but wanted to try it again. I ended up getting creative and just doing my own thing with the pattern. I love it! I definitely suggest looking up how-to videos of stitches because the directions in this kit aren’t super helpful. Otherwise, the design is very unique and pretty.

Other reviews complained of bad instructions. They are right. The instructions are bad. They tell me to use the color blue and there is no color blue in the kit. I pulled blue from my own supply and discovered that my threads are a much better quality than these cheap threads in the kit. The kit threads knot up easily, they break, they become unraveled; the are simply Chinese Cheap. I love the design and will have fun with it but this kit could use a lot improvement. I should not have paid $20.00 for these cheap supplies.
