Spectrum Canola Oil
As for the taste, I don’t go around drinking oil. What I can say is that canola is considered to be one of the healthier oils as it is low in saturated fat and that this particular one does not overwhelm the flavors of the food it is added to. It also has a reasonably high smoke point. I’ve used it for a long time and it has never disappointed.

The only canola oil I'll use
Not only is this non-GMO, it has a really good flavor that gives popcorn, especially, a nice little boost. I've had guests ask how my popcorn, which looks perfectly normal, tastes extra good. It's this oil. I'm especially into the non-GMO thing and bought this originally for that reason, but couldn't be happier with the flavor or quality. I have a zucchini bread recipe that uses 2/3 cup of oil and this is perfect for that. If it improves the taste of my bread, I can't tell, but the bread is delicious. I've used the same recipe for banana bread, and yesterday apple bread and it always comes out wonderfully.

Great and worth the difficulty
3 fun ways to open this bottle of canola oil, and all three have to be followed. Tools: waiters key (wine opener). First you open this bottle of oil as a fine wine, cutting the wrapper to remove it. The next step just kinda happened and the last step is you pull the plastic ring. What I love about this particular oil is its viscosity. I love the drama of this product and was intrigued by it while opening it. There’s no cork.

Healthy Alternative
This canola oil is not overly processed like so many other brands of canola oil. It has a clean taste and withstands high heat well. A bit pricey, but good health is priceless.

It totally worth it
With a sexy glass design, I wasn't sure if I'm paying for the glass bottle and the brand, or the quality is actually different.Turned out, the quality is much different! So I'd call it a must-try if you are cooking at home, especially with very little oil added to your dishes (so cost is not a huge barrier). Also, don't forget to get 64oz one if your cabinet has room for it. You can save a lot by paying almost the same price for the bottle, and maybe 30%~50% more money for 100% more oil. : )

Amazon packing
I'm very impressed with how Amazon workers packed this 32 oz. bottle of canola oil.....packed in two boxesand wrapped tightly with bubblewrap...the small bubbles.....no breakage....I prefer canola oil to olive oil...but that's just my preference.

It won't smoke up your kitchen at higher temperatures and we love it when we make coconut shrimp
This lovely, light golden oil is ideal for both baking and sautéing. It won't smoke up your kitchen at higher temperatures and we love it when we make coconut shrimp. Always leaves a delicate crispy coating on all our Chinese tempuras. No heavy oily aftertaste. We also believe it is important to buy organic oils to avoid those crops that are heavily sprayed with various insecticides endangering our honeybees. A winner on all fronts!

Non-GMO, expeller pressed canola
Very good product. It’s my go to for my husbands cooking. He’s allergic to any nut oils and avocado oil. Neutral taste so perfect when Olive oil isn’t the best choice
