High Functionality and Features for an Extremely Affordable Price
I don't have $4000 to spend on hearing aids. But I did want them with advanced features. The Hearivos are an excellent buy for budget-minded people like me. They are full-featured hearing aids with great functionality. But what sets them apart is the free app that comes with them - ForSound. This app installs on your phone and is used to control the hearing aids' features. Using this app, you can easily fine-tune the features of the Hearivos, down to the frequencies you hear. The app also is Bluetooth-enabled, so you can answer calls and listen to music. Also, the customer support for this product is SUPERB. Hearivos are easily rechargeable. There are two modes - "Hearing" and "Music". But the best thing about these hearing aids is the hearing check feature that walks you through some simple tests and then applies the results of the check automatically to the Hearivos. So essentially, you're getting fully-customized hearing aids adjusted for specifically for you. The user manual is clear and comprehensive. Finding affordable hearing aids can be challenging - but these are definitely the ones I'm going to keep, after returning two others that didn't work well for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks so much, Hearivos!

Amplifier not a hearing aid
The seller is advertising these as hearing aids, and they ARE NOT. The are nothing more than sound amplifiers. False advertisement! No noise reduction that I can tell whatsoever. My phone will amplify sounds for me.

Scary loud and unexpected
Loud noise when putting in aids. I sort of expected that from company cautions. But after that when I was adjusting settings, I got a scary loud noise which was not expected. I was not putting them in or taking them off at the time. The noise was too loud to be acceptable. Scary loud.

Doesn't Pair With Cellphone.
The hearing aids do help in hearing normal sounds. But I still can't (and may never) hear the "S" sound. But the main reason for returning them is that I could never get them to pair to my iPhone well. Caller's voices would not come through the earpieces. Nor would podcasts from my phone. And the company even sent me a 2nd set and I'm returning them also for the same reasons. In a later conversation with a company rep, we figured out that it was my older model cell phone (an 8) that was the problem.

They help for a while
These hearing devices work well for a relatively inexpensive product but they only stay charge for 2-3 hours. However, in a noisy restaurant they amplify everything so it is very difficult to hear friends around a table. And in rooms with high ceilings and poor acoustics, they don't work well. They won't work for a full days activities. Also the plug for the charger can doesn't fit well into the case. I have to rig up a rubber band to hold the plug at a slight angle so that the charger will charge. It's nice to have the ability to adjust the sound level and mode (indoor/outdoor etc) with an ap on my phone but i tend to just reach up and adjust. They fit well.

After three months of use, update from 4 stars to 5 stars!
Three month update:I had a second ear piece go bad, with severe distortion. The Hearivo office was contacted on Sept 30, 2024. I just got delivery of a full replacement Hearivo QV Pro hearing aid set today, Oct 2, 2024, two days later!Even with the short 8 hour battery life, these units deserve 5 stars.Added note:Setting up these hearing aids with loud background noise in a restaurant, with the following to max settings:Left and right each have "Noise Suppression"Left and right each have "Vocal Enhancements"Left and right each have "Impact noise suppression"Much of the background noise simply drops to a very low level, leaving conversation with the people at your table easily understood.Good news:These hearing aids are far superior to the Bose Lexie aids that cost $800.00 The Lexie aids only had a single slider that slid from "Base" to "Treble. And a volume control. That's it. I returned the Lexie units because of the constant feedback and squealing.Compare them to these Hearivo hearing aids as listed below.Left and right ear pieces each have a separate volume control.Left and right each have "Low Frequency", "Mid Frequency", "Mid High Frequency" and "High Frequency" adjustments.Left and right each have "Noise Suppression"Left and right each have "Vocal Enhancements"Left and right each have "Impact noise suppression"Left and right each have "Wind noise suppression"The user can select the five controls listed above for "General", "Indoor", or "Outdoor" use.All of the above controls work, and work very well.Well, there has to be bad news on these hearing aids.1st item. My first set of hearing aids had a failure in the left ear pod after one day. Since they were ordered through Amazon, Amazon replaced them.2nd item. This is a major issue. Out of all three sets of the Hearivo hearing aids I've received, the battery life is only about 9 hours on all of them after a full charge.3rd item. These units were out of stock. but it looks like the supplier is working on this.4th item. The wax traps and domes were not available, the supplier is also working on this. I did find that Amazon has generic 2 mm diameter wax traps, and generic domes that do work with these hearing aids.Grand summary: These Hearivo hearing aids deserve 5 stars, but for me, that 9 hour battery life on a charge is a problem. But, at $300 each pair, one can buy three pairs of far superior Hearivo hearing aids for the cost of ONE of those $800 Lexie hearing aids. For me, I currently have two sets of Hearivo aids for a bit over $600. The first set goes for 8 hours, then I switch to the second set of hearing aids. And, I did go to the hearing aid place where I bought my 4 year old aids. They wanted $5500 for a new pair of hearing aids that work about as well as these Hearivo aids.FYI, the batteries in my 4 year old Opticon hearing aids had to be replaced. The hearing place wanted $500.00 to replace the batteries, indicating they had to be sent in. I replaced them myself in two minutes, total time. Replacing the batteries in those Opticon aids cost nearly twice the price of these Hearivo aids.

Maybe the choice of the blue-tooth APP was the reason for for the low rating, I returned the item.🤔
The hearing aid seems to have being working, but the problem was getting the APP to do the things which is depicted in the description of the item. I think that if the blue-tooth APP was functional, I would have giving a better rating.
