Rylin's Fire (A Novel of the Dracol) (Volume 1) Paperback – 5 March 2016

Quick read which had a lot of history set in place for the characters. More needed on the conclusion because it leaves you with a wandering a lot of how, what's and when.

This is a good read. Great for when you want something that moves fast and has some humor. It made me want for more of the series.

Good book! However I found that the action/narration is far too quick for my liking. It didn't give me too much time to appreciate the characters and their relationship, which is a pity because they both seem to be really interesting.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat mir das Buch gut gefallen. - Eine starke Heldin mit Verstand und ein Held, der beschützt aber seine Partnerin nicht unterwerfen will oder grausam ist (so wie in einigen anderen Büchern, was ich absolut nicht ausstehen kann). Auch schaffen sie es Kompromisse ob der unterschiedlichen Kulturen zu finden und nicht stur nur ihre eigene Sichtweise zu sehen und beleidigt zu sein.Einige Punkte haben mich dann aber doch irritiert und den Lesefluss gestört. - Achtung SPOILER!! - So haben die beiden bereits in der ersten Stunde nach dem Kennenlernen den besten Sex ihres Lebens, - was an sich nicht so störend als eher klischeehaft und zum Augenüberdrehen war. Gestört hat aber sehr, dass man immer wieder das Gefühl gehabt hat, dass Teile der Geschichte ausgelassen worden sind. Vor allem gegen Schluss, wo plötzlich das Schicksal eines Charakters nicht einmal mehr eine Erwähnung gefunden hat. Generell waren die Action am Ende und auch der Charakter des Bösen unausgereift und haben ein unbefriedigendes Gefühl hinterlassen.

I could not put this down. Had to keep reading it to see what happens next. To find the truth and the the strength of love to keep love alive and the love for the babies that are to come. Can wait to see what mischief the five little ones will get into. And how the parents will cope.
