Great product, keeps you cool, helps with pain, or if you just need cooling down. My order came with 2 inserts so I can use one, then keep one cold for later. I like that I can use it on my abdomen or back and when you take them out of the freezer they are pretty stiff, but soften enough quickly, yet stay cold a long time over an hour. Which given its thickness is pretty good. Oh and best part, they fit me around my waist! I am a size 2x + And I was prepared for them not to fit but it has generous strong Velcro straps and it would fit fit me if I were needing a larger size.

The product came as pictured. Two gel inserts were provided. Each had clearly written instructions for use on them. I keep one in the freezer and one in the cabinet to use as a heat pack. I love the fact that I can put the compress on my lower back and walk around instead of having to sit on the couch to use it. The frozen pack is flexible, so it molds to the lower back as necessary. The heat pack works pretty much the same, though I was very cautious as to how much I heated it as reviews I read said it exploded. I didn’t find that to be the case though I would have liked it to be hotter. I microwaved it for 20 seconds and then an additional 10, but would like to have gone longer. My concern was overheating it and having it pop. The gel packs fit neatly in the provided pouch which has a very generous belt for adhering the ice/heat pack to one’s body. The belt is very stretchy providing a lot of support and compression. The Velcro provided is not the hook and loop type that gets hair and lint stuck to it. I would definitely recommend this. A good product for a fair price.

You can immediately tell that this is a high quality item as both the belt and the ice packs (I purchased the two pack option) were the real deal. Very retentive, cold temperature is long lasting, flexes around my lower back nicely. This is one of those products that I can give my highestrecommendation. 5 stars!

This is perfect for back pain. I gifted it to a friend and they've said this helps them so much, the hot and cold is perfect temperature and lasts a while. It fits very nicely around her too.

I like to sleep on it & only stays cold no more than 2 hrs

This item really makes it easy to put ice or heat on your back. The coldness doesn’t last as long as I would like, but it works well.

Good quality. Just what I needed. I ordered a second one for traveling!!
