Yes. There is a concealed zip and a button at the front, aside from the button that is shown on the picture.

Q: Is this a maternity tunic

No. But there is certainly room to give for a medium bump as it does flare out. I’m a size 18 on tops as I have big shoulders and chest do bought a size 22 which is perfect for working in and has plenty of room left around my waist and hips.

Q: Is this tunic stretchy?

No, they are quite fitted, but generous sizes and you can move well in them, really pleased with the tunics, really smart.
