Sorry, I don't know. I do not want to open it to get the chemical out. I like the way they work, though.

Q: What do you when they get full?

Throw them away. Mine lasted 1 year in our 5th wheel, works great. Plus I had the extra ones I didn't use to replace them for this year. You just take off the plastic leaving the white fabric on and replace the black lid and your all set.
