After months of waking up with low back pain and both of us were routinely starting our day with an over the counter analgesic and strong coffee. I was getting depressed....getting old too fast... everything hurts after a good night sleep? Was ready to call Dr. to find out what I could do, dreaded needing pain meds, endless tests etc.Saw this product and even though our mattress was less than 1 yr old I thought what the heck this is a reasonable price and hope that this will help us. Well It helped us the first night! So much less pain this morning I only had my strong coffee wake up! Looking forward to see how this helps after a week, month and so on.BTW I just ordered another set for our brand new vacation house mattress.Thank you so much, this worked for us. Great product.

Have a 5 year old mattress that started to sag and instead of replacing, wanted to see about a possible "fix." I read online that a pillow placed right under the sag helps, and it did for the interim while I awaited this support pad.Much to my delight, it didn't stink so I didn't have to "offgas" it first. I've only used it one night, and I could tell an immediate, wonderful, helpful difference. It wasn't difficult to place it either. I just marked on the bed frame where the sag was, pushed the mattress up and off the frame, and then gently laid it back on top and the pad stayed in place. I have a full size mattress, not sure if I would be able to do this by myself if it was a bigger size, might need some help. Also, I only purchased the one pad, for me and so the other side does dip down quite a bit as is to be expected. It does take some getting used to as the body gets used to not being properly supported but it is well worth it, and I slept so much better thanks to Ben and Laura!Note, I did take away one star since it was packaged by Meliusly, not Amazon, with the pad flush to the top of the box, and when using a box cutter, it came seriously close to cutting into the pad itself. Perhaps a small bit of packing material?Also, the directions are subpar, in that there is nothing stating what to expect/anticipate with it. Yes, it is self explanatory, but it still would be a nice way to "touch base" with folks.Also, a picture of how exactly to place the pad under the mattress like what's on the web page would be exceedingly helpful especially for someone who does better with pictures, which of course is worth a thousand words...

** Update: Lauben saw my review and reached out to me to apologize and refund. This really speaks volumes for how seriously they take their products and I'm super glad that they are dedicated in making sure their customers are satisfied. Everything I said about the mattress support pad still holds, but I wouldn't hesitate trying any of their other products in the future since customer satisfaction is a high priority to them-----First couple weeks with this under my older Purple mattress was a heaven-sent. My hip/sciatica issues were like miraculously gone and I was enjoying sleeping on our mattress again. Unfortunately by week 3 or 4, it started sagging again and by the end of the 2nd month, this support pad was pretty much deflated to the point where it didn't make any difference whatsoever.For something that is over a $100 (for a king size), this was super disappointing. I should've just invested that amount into a better base or perhaps a box spring. Either one would've lasted longer than this support pad I reckon...

This item fits great , the support is great. I sleep great and it was easy to set up.

It works very well, my back and neck were hurting more and more every night. After the first night with this in place my neck pain has reduced and my back pain is gone, even my chest and breathing is cleaner. I also didn't snore for the first time in a long time I feel comfortable and completely refreshed. I look forward to seeing this go. Super easy to install unroll, lifet mattress and place. I went with the large and will buy another for wives side of the bed, then I may buy a third one and cut in half to cover the entire length of the bed.

Works like a charm! This thing made my saggy six-year-old memory foam mattress-in-a-box behave itself again. Nights went from agonizing to restful. No more back pain, much less snoring!

Now, most mornings my back doesn't hurt. I am 70, hit the gym and take care of my spine, I am doctor of chiropractic. My old full latex mattress had very soft area in the pelvic area. That caused hyperextension of the low back if I slept on my back and some kinking of lumbar spine if slept on my side. Within about 2 days of installing this thing the pain was going away and I was sleeping more comfortably. I intend to get a new mattress but I am taking my time shopping for one so this is going to fit the bill until I am ready to buy something. The first night it seemed to feel too firm but all good 2-3 nights in.
