Installed 18 months ago, lock worked really well. Looks much nicer than a padlock on my new shed door.Not as easy to install as an old school bolt and padlock, but easy enough as long as you own a drill, spade bits, and a multitool to cut the frame out to install the bracketOnly minor issue is faceplate fading but that just needs a polish with some brasso

It can be a bit fiddly to lock from the secure side. The lock and bolt mechanism is very good and looks like it would survive any impromptu visits from my X. The way it works also makes it almost impossible to lift the gate off its hinges and it looks build to last

While I do not make any claims for this, it seems solidly built and more secure than many hasp and padlock combinations. I would suggest the use of coach bolts to secure it, but possibly I'm being over cautious as the screws provided are quite meaty. IMHO worth the money.
