This is a very good quality card. It has everything I wanted, i.e. pop-up, blow-out candle, happy birthday song. The only thing it was missing was the birthday number printed on it, although a set of stick on numbers was included! Excellent value for money.

Birthday card bought for my 7 year old grandson , sound quality is great and when you blow out the candle , it’s cheering and clapping . I love that I can add the age too, as it comes with little number stickers. Great value for a musical pop up card .

We loved this card. Initially put off as it came with some minor assembly needs - just choose the number birthday to celebrate and pop out the number and insert in to the slots provided. No drama.When my little girl opened this card the lights, the singing was fantastic, THEN, she could actually blow the candle out and got a huge round of applause from the card. She repeated this and kept going back to this throughout the day. She loved it. Highly recommend. What a super fun idea and well executed. Thank you!

I was looking for something a tad different for my daughter's 8th birthday... She loved blowing out the candle and the round of applause!

I've given several of this type of popup card to special people during the past year and without exception the recipients have loved them. Also without exception, the other cards cost about double the price of the one under review here.The cutout popup section inside this card has larger, more basic elements than others I've seen and the end result is a little cartoonish. For that reason this card is possibly better suited to a younger recipient than an adult. Otherwise it works much like others which cost quite a lot more, with a candle that can be blown out, music and applause, and coloured flashing lights. In addition, the package contains a notelet card on which to write the birthday message, an instruction card, a decent looking envelope and a sheet of pop out number "candles" so the card can be personalised with the recipient's age. The latter is a particularly nice touch at this price.At the time of writing this review the card is showing at a price of £6.99, with a 10% discount voucher available as well. That makes it about half the price of other cards like it and although it's perhaps a bit more basic in its execution inside, it's excellent value for money. Recommended.
