5 stars for quality and customer service
Order was stuck at customs for days without updates so I decided to request for a refund thinking that the item may not get to us. THIS DELAY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SELLER. Our refund request and customer service responses were super fast. Item did however get delivered today and my son absolutely loves it! Aside from the delay at customs, product was as described and they did ship item out on time.

Incomplete gift
My son loved the gift but I don't recommend Hanma-Yuujiro because it comes incomplete, it comes without clothes

Giving it a 3 star cuz one of his joints sadly don’t work properly but it’s a good fig

My son was upset. He said no stars. The legs keep popping off while trying to dress it and they don't stay together.

Las extremidades de la figura hay que tratarlas con mucho cuidado porque si no se desbarata el brazo o la pierna es complicado maniobrarla
