The fan does put out a lot of air and felt good when I was parked for a while. The cord that plugs into car is long and reaches a lot of places. The fan is small enough to fit in a lot of places. Doesn't stick to car well at all. It does rotate 360 degrees and has 2 hi low settings. Overall if you can get it to stick in place it is a great product.

The 3 Speed Portable Cooling Fan (ASIN: B0D1X82R6S) is effective at moving air in small spaces and provides the expected air flow for a fan this small. The cord is just over 55 inches and allowed me to just mount the fan in the back of an SUV without using an USB-A to USB-A extension cord, but that could be very specific to my situation. The suction cup mount attached well to the back glass. The mount contact surface is sticky, so I wonder if it will lose adhesion as it gathers dust. I also wonder if I can clean it and it still be effective. This information was not covered in the included manual.The curved mount was challenging to work with in my situation where I wanted the fan to blow directly away from the window. The back of the housing came apart in my hand, exposing some insulated wires, while I was attempting the mount. No real issue, as the wires are adequately insulated and the housing easily went back together. The mount stayed in place during a 2-hour drive over rough city streets and standard highway travel.The title of the fan includes “Fans for Seat Headrest…”, but be aware that an adaptor is required for use on a headrest that is NOT included.The printed manual is a pretty poor translation, in several places making no since at all.The fan is quiet. I could just hear it on high speed while driving the SUV. It was not loud enough to be annoying, but just loud enough that I knew it was working, helping to keep my dog cool.Update: The suction cup for the fan lasted just shy of 2 months. It has totality failed. I never moved the fan to another location within the car. It turns out that the mount is just an adhesive pad, and that is the only thing that is still holding the fan in place. If your intent is to use the fan in multiple locations, that just won’t work unless you secure additional adhesive pads. I am now lowering my rating to 2 stars.
