Got this as a gift for someone in my life who collects $2 bills, however there isn't ANY certificate of authenticity to prove it's a real $2 bill that was used. It was really crisp and in a plastic holder. The photo isn't the worst they could have used and the color is nice and bright.

This $2 bill is a great, inexpensive collectors item or just a nice display piece - which is what I am using them for. The bill is nicely printed even though there is a typo on it - I actually like that there is a typo on it. They did a very nice job on the design and the artwork. It has it's own plastic protective case, too. All things considered, this would make a great gift for anyone into Trump and is a great addition to my collection!

This is a great souvenir for, shall we say, interesting times? First of all, yes, the $2 bill is a real thing. I used to have a few years ago. Some people wonder what happened to them, well, according to the cashier at the Class 6 store on base, they all went to Germany in the early 80s, then he showed me a thick stack of them.The $2 bill is interesting, in and off itself, but with the "infamous presidential mugshot", it takes the interest to a new level. I would be interested in learning about the printing process as it is incredibly difficult to see if any of the original face is still there, only covered up.This is a great item for any Trump fan, history fan, and I suppose those who don't like the man. It comes with a bill protector to keep it in good condition.

My wife and I, have ALWAYS been great supporters of DJT.So, when we saw this DJT $2note, it was a must-have for my wife and I. Mainly, as a fun gift for her and, to treasure the greatest President in USA history, our amazing #45 & #47 President.However, it does not make it clear anywhere, that this is legal tender. Not that we would ever use this, for any reason.This is by no means a quality made gift. As an example, my wife noted that the number 45th, is actually 4Sth - a clear type where a "S" was substited for a correct "5". We however, just see this as a fun gift.A perfect fun gift for all American Patriots and a great way to celebrate the Return of The MAGA King - Trump 2024!

And according to the bill I got, he was the 4Sth President.Honestly, I'm still figuring out why I bought this. Maybe it's the historical angle, or perhaps it was the historical absurdity of a president's mugshot on a bill? I'll admit that this whole "first-ever presidential mugshot" thing is undeniably a piece of history. In any case, when I spotted it on Amazon, I thought it would be a unique addition to my son's currency collection.First impressions were mixed. The colors pop, but the clear-ish semi-rigid plastic sleeve is seriously glare-prone and somewhat mutes the colors. I get that it's for protection, but I expected the container to be a super-clear archival sleeve. And is it truly PVC as noted in the description? I hope not, as PVC sleeves are generally not recommended for long-term preservation since they can release harmful acids and chemicals over time, which can damage paper currency. My son will know and can always swap it out for an archival-quality (acid-free) sleeve if needed, as he has done in the past.The whole thing screams "conversation starter," but it's not exactly what I expected when I saw something similar on TV, which notably had "INMATE NO. P01135809" below the portrait, whereas this one still has "JEFFERSON". I guess it depends on whether you're into political collectibles, MAGA, or just like the odd historical piece now and then. For me, it's a fun gift item, but just the one is enough!Overall, it's an oddball purchase, but I don't regret it. The mugshot is eye-catching, the quality is good, and it'll definitely make my son do a double-take.
