Not the creamy wonderful chocolate when purchased in Boston. Must sit in a warehouse too long or not in a temperature controlled climate.

not typical dark chocolate
This is stone ground cocoa. Its not actually chocolate. I dislike Dark chocolate and think that this is amazing!It has a grainy texture that is incredible.
