Seems to work
I haven't been bitten whilst wearing it so i guess it works and I get bitten a lot.my wife says she can hear it when it's on. No I'm not married to an insect.

Don't waste your money!
I first bought this item a few years ago but returned it as it did not work at all.Given the reviews from other customers, I thought that maybe improvements had been made. How wrong was I? This time the device emits a sound for 1 second then stops. Tried it several times - same result.Needless to say, I got another refund.
